About Me
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota who works as an outpatient mental health therapist. I work with adults who struggle with mood disorders, relational challenges, behavioral challenges, traumatic events, and life transitions.
My Approach
I primarily use Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also incorporate solution-focused therapy (SFT) and motivational interviewing into my work.

I currently work for Nystrom & Associates at their Mankato, MN office. I have previously worked at the following Nystrom & Associates offices: Arden Hills, Maple Grove, and Moorhead.
